What we keep about you, why, who else handles it, how long it stays and how to have it deleted.

Who we are

The operator and data controller for this website is DeveloperData.net (Developer Data), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. Contact: [email protected].

1What we keep

  • Your account: your email, your name and your plan, as your Google sign-in gives them. We never see or keep your Google password.
  • Your API keys, only as a fingerprint. We never keep the key itself, so we cannot show it to you again.
  • Usage counts: calls a day for each key, and the MCP tools called.
  • Your support tickets.
  • Page and API logs: the address asked for, the time, the response code and your browser's user agent.

2Card details

We never hold your card. Stripe takes the payment and keeps the card details.

3Why we keep it

To run the API, bill your plan, answer support, stop abuse and keep the service secure. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising tracking.

4Who else handles it

CloudflareNetwork, security and protection from abuse
Our email providerAccount and billing emails, sent through Developer Data
GoogleSign-in with Google, when you choose it: Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with Developer Data. We keep the name and email, never the picture. While you are signed out, our pages load Google's sign-in script, so Google receives your IP address and may use its own cookies.

5Cookies

Our own cookies, for signing in and for crediting a referring partner, and no third-party analytics cookies:

CookieWhat for and how long
ihsYour sign-in session: 30 days, renewed while you use the site, removed when you sign out
iha_otA check value while you sign in with Google's pop-up: ten minutes
iha_gsA check value while you sign in through Google's page: ten minutes
iha_outMarks that you just signed out, so Google's pop-up does not open again at once: one minute
ap_clickRemembers which partner sent you here, so that partner can be credited if you buy. First-party, holds no personal details, lasts 60 days; a newer partner link replaces it

6How long it is kept

WhatHow long
Your accountWhile it is open
After you delete your accountGone within 30 days, backups included
Billing recordsAs long as tax and accounting law requires, even after the account is deleted
Page, API and security logs30 days
Support ticketsWhile your account is open, then deleted with it

7Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, take a copy, or have it deleted. Ask through Support; we answer within 30 days.

8Deleting your account

Delete it yourself in the account area, under Delete my account. Before anything happens, a confirmation box lists what it does and asks you to tick that you understand:

  • Your subscription is cancelled at once, and the unused part is not refunded.
  • Every API key stops working at once, and you are signed out.
  • Your account and support tickets are deleted within 30 days.
  • Billing records stay as the law requires.

If you cannot sign in, ask through Support and we will do it for you.

9Children

Ice Hockey API is not for anyone under 18.
