Cancel from your account whenever you like. Your plan keeps working to the end of the month or year already paid, then stops. The unused part of a period is not paid back.

✓When we refund

  • You were charged twice for the same period
  • You were charged after a cancellation had taken effect
  • A fault on our side stopped the API working and we could not fix it

A refund also cancels any partner commission on that sale.
