Who we are
This website is operated by DeveloperData.net (Developer Data), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand ("Developer Data", "we"). These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
1Your account
One person or one business per account, with true details. Keep your Google sign-in and API keys to yourself: you are responsible for everything done with them.
2Plans and billing
- Paid plans (Live, Archive and Complete) are paid through Stripe and renew each month or year until you cancel.
- A price change is announced before it applies, and only from your next period.
- When we refund is set out on Refunds.
- A purchase may be credited to the partner who referred you. This never changes the price you pay.
3Fair use
- Your plan's limits are the fair-use line: its calls a minute and its calls a day or month (the free key: 10 a minute and 50 a day).
- Getting around them is not allowed: several free keys for one person, sharing a key, rotating keys to reset a limit, or automating the website instead of using the API.
- We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.
4The data: use it, do not replicate it
- You can use what the API gives you in your own work, apps and sites, and show the results to your own users.
- You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own.
- You may not download it in bulk to rebuild our database, or use it to build a competing product.
5Acceptable use
Nothing unlawful. No probing or load-testing our systems without asking first. No attempts to reach another member's data. No scraping pages whose data the API already offers.
6Accuracy
Results, statistics and odds are gathered with care and given as they are, without a warranty that they are complete or free of mistakes. Ice hockey and betting data is factual data. It is not financial or betting advice, and nothing on this site is a tip.
7Availability
We aim to keep the API running and show its state on Status, but we promise no uptime figure unless your plan says one.
8Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.
9Suspension and closing
- We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms. A serious breach can be acted on without notice.
- An account closed for a breach is not refunded.
- You can close your account at any time from the account area (see Privacy, Deleting your account).
10Changes to these terms
A new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to members before it applies.
11Law and contact
The law of Thailand applies, with the courts of Bangkok. Questions go through Support.
